is warning of the need for reforms in Cambodia. I don't know what "report" the article is talking about but if I find out and its publicly available I'll post it. It seems that the upcoming changes to the trade environment in Asia, especially with
Asean and the rise of China and its pledge to free trade with Asean, are going to have a deep impact on the development of these countries.
